Contracting With United Medical Center

As noted on our home page, the Not-for-Profit Hospital Corporation (NFPHC), commonly known as United Medical Center (UMC), is now an instrumentality of the District of Columbia Government.

All contracts must now be conducted in accordance with the NFPHC Procurement Rules. These Rules were approved by the NFPHC Board of Directors on March 30, 2011.
